For password resets, please contact a member of our Relationship Management team who will be happy to assist you.
Once you have logged onto E3 you can log off again using the "Account" drop down option, which is located on the top right of the screen.
Please note that if you do not log out of E3 or if you leave a session running, this could result in anyone who has access to your PC using your E3 account without your consent up until the point that your E3 session expires, this will be 30 minutes after you last accessed an E3 page.
Whilst it is unlikely that anyone will have unauthorised use of your PC within this timescale, the E3 logout facility is available and we recommend that you always log out of E3 when you are not using it to maximise your security.
